七、 申请理由：本次采购的提取试剂盒和配套耗材，用于案件现场的物证检验，检验结果直接作为证据使用。由于案件现场检材种类繁多，样本含量较低，且大多数是一次性检验，检验难度很大，因此对试剂盒和耗材的性能要求很高。在法医DNA领域，凯杰公司专注生物实验领域相关产品的研发和生产，和其他厂家试剂相比，产品性能更稳定，灵敏度更高。目前采购单位在用的QIAcube纯化仪为凯杰公司生产。此次采购的是与之匹配的耗材，目前尚无其他厂家的耗材能够用在以上设备上，故申请采购进口产品。
